Teacher is nation’s mercy, so that Indonesian’s progress is directed by the teachrs which are have good logic (Rocky Gerung).

dLife, could never be separated from teaching and learning. Human are need teacher to achieve a better life.

Big dictionary of Indonesian Language (KBBI) said that teacher has mean someone who have job to teach, to guide other people wich is called students.

As someone who have knowledge to transfer it, a teacher should be a perfect one and further more in front of their students. Being a teacher is not easy. Not only good and clever in the subject speciallize, but also good in communicating their knowlege. Here is some criterias of a good teacher:

· Top of Attention and Science

A teacher would be the center of attention. He /she both in front or behind of class, keep be the magnet of attention for all components. Not only at school, but also at society. Started by attitude until fashion, also from their knowledge. That is why if someone alredy decide to be a teacher, it means he/she already ready to be walked-book, walked library, walked dictionary, etc. If he/ she does know yet about something, then he/she must to read it, learn it until understand it.

· A Good Communicator

One of teacher’s functions is doing transfer of knowledge. The success one is someone who can comunicate his/her mean to others easily (Helmy Yahya). Everyone have intrapersonal and interpersonal ability. A good teacher is someone who can transfer their knowledge (intrapersonal) with match the students’ language (interpersonal. Indirectly, a teacher also teach the student about how to communicate what are they thought to their friends nicely. It means, not stiff with diction that understanded of the teacher but can be replace with the dictions which understandable for the students.

· Creative, Dinamic, and Care to Each Other

In education, creative and dinamics are needed. Information, communication, and technology always change followed by the century necessary. The program which are include in developing and using the ICT are basic research, applied research, technological development and applied technology are need to do now. Further more, in the periode now that for gathering mass is limited because of one desease, online activity is important. In one hand, people are mostly lose many things, including revenue. In other hand, the job such as teacher should say thank you to this phenomena because the creativity of a teacher is appear. Minimal, in making a module for the students, maybe the others can making the learning interactive media, etc.

One full day school is about 5-8 hours per day, start from very early morning then we could say almost a half day spend at the school. There are some items which include it such as teachers, students, employees in an environment. It effect to dayly interaction between teachers and students, teachers and teachers, teachers and employees, students and employees are devote in it. That’s why caring each other is needed, further a teacher minimal caere to the students which be the main target of the job.

Finally, Happy National Teacher Day 2020 , hopefully all ofthe teachers could be do the responsibility beside the right also need attention from the related parties.
